Volunteering
​Volunteers are the heart of Padre Pio Academy! You play an essential role in supporting a safe, well-organized, and uplifting school environment for our students and staff. To support our community, each family is asked to contribute 20 "Fair Share" volunteer hours throughout the school year. There are many ways to get involved, including:

Recess and dismissal monitors

Crossing guards
-
Substitute teaching
-
Journey to Bethlehem chaperones

Yearbook and graduation committees
-
And much more!
Volunteer opportunities and sign-up links are regularly shared in the weekly PPA newsletter and on our Facebook page. Volunteer hours are tracked through Gradelink. If you have questions or need help getting started, please reach out to Kristen Jerome at kristenjerome@padrepiolearning.org.
Special Guidelines for
High School Families

Families with only high school students enrolled (no siblings in grades K–8) have different hour requirements:

5 hours for 1 class

10 hours for 2 classes
-
20 hours for 3 or more classes
